Hey all, its me, Nico!
I want to know your favorite band, your favorite song by them, and a short explanation why! It's okay if you can't pick just one as well! Let's have a good discussion!
I'll start with my favorite band, Ween! My favorite song by them is probably Little Miss Mandee, an unreleased demo track from their earlier work! I really enjoy how diverse their body of work is, and I've seen them live four times!
My other favorite band is called Rainbow Kitten Surprise! My favorite song by them is called Fever Pitch, and their bassist Charlie is who i want to be when i grow up . I like how they blend different styles, including rock and hip hop to make easily danceable music that's fun to listen to and sing along to, especially on long car rides! I've seen them live 6 times, with my 7th show coming up soon!
I can't wait to hear about your favorite bands, and listen to some amazing music with you all!

hi nico!!!
One of my favorite bands has to be The Oh Hellos. I have a strange affinity for vaguely christian music JHAKDHFKHAKFH biblical references just hit so different. I also really enjoy folk/indie rock music so their discography is perfect for me. I just want to feel like I am a humble bard wandering the lands with a song in my heart and a lot of emotions-- it's SO hard to pick a favorite, but right now I'm really feelin' Soap's message.
Soldier, Poet, King is a classic and I think it's one with a lot of universal appeal, so if you've never heard of TOH, I'd recommend this to start!
The Orion Experience is also really good! Funky disco/retro beats with fun lyrics!! My fave song from them is definitely The Cult of Dionysus because I am, indeed, gay- IHFLKHSFLK

I have a bunch of favorite bands, so it's a pretty tough pick! I guess just to name one, I really like the Scissor Sisters. I've never seen them live, but their music and energy seems like they're good at having fun and enjoying life, and their band name sounds like they make music for lesbians, which is me. They've been on hiatus since 2012, though. I don't know which song would be my favorite, but my favorite albums of theirs are Ta-dah and Night Work, both of which I have on CD!
