- THE SUPPORT BOARD -
The Support Board is a place where you can ask questions or look for technical help from the staff. Think for example: questions about rules that weren't clear to you, bug reports, or requests for changes to your user profile. If it's something the staff can help you with, you can put it in here. For private matters, you can also message a staff member. SUPPORT BOARD RULES:
- Before posting, make sure your question isn't already covered in the FAQ.
- When reporting a bug, please include as much relevant info as you can.
List your specs, such as your operating system, and the browser you were using. Explain what happened, what you were doing when it happened, and include a screenshot when possible.
- Don't use the Support Board for things that you should be using the report or block button for.
Use the report or block button for those things.
- Suggestions & feedback should go in the dedicated Suggestions & Feedback thread.
The Support Board has one sub-board, the Tutorials & Resources Board. This board serves as an archive for guides and information written for the forum, so they can be easily found and linked to. You can't make threads directly in this board, but you can request for information or guides you've written to be moved there, if you think they belong there.
